It started as a cold windy day in the creek. I really had no expectations because all the reports I had been hearing is that there wasn’t allot of teeth coming out lately. I can say that rain is going to be needed to help expose big teeth but the smaller teeth are still out in abundance. I played lazy today and didn’t go anywhere near the back areas of the mine. When I first got in the mine I found the nice two inch mako with just a bit of the tip sticking out of a chunk of yorktown and the cow a few minutes later. I continued picking up the smaller teeth everywhere I bent down. There was about two hours left when we came across a real nice pungo hill. I scored the dolphin, squalodon and meg teeth here. The bigger tooth was exposed when either myself or my brother stepped on it. I didn’t find anything super awesome today but still had a great trip, especially with the extreme lack of rain the pit has received this season. As usual thanks to PCS for allowing us to collect.
